Minutes

Milestone Status

• Jared Linley Around 90% completed testing for the release.  Working on 11 P1, 3 P3 bugs.  All hands on deck to resolve final bugs.
• Still targeting 14 Dec 2020 for release. 

Gerrit migration status

• Repos are created and ready.  
• Adam expressed concerns about the compatibility of the Jenkins with the new resource.
  • A discussion ensued around what the next steps should be for the migration.
  • The team agreed that we will migrate Jenkins and Gerrit immediately following the release and address bugs that may arise before the new year.
  • DW Talton Alexandre Levine and Jared Linley will sync on 15 Dec 2020 and initiate the migration.

Documentation Update

• Release notes still need to be prepared.  Adam Grochowskiwill work with Brandon Wick to produce a release blog.
