• David described process for electing PTL
  1. Stuart sends message to TSC mailing list, stepping down as PTL of the OVNO project and calling for nominations for a new PTL.  
  2. In the same message, Stuart may also nominate a replacement (e.g., Alex).
  3. If there are multiple nominations, then we can setup an election.  Otherwise, after a week, we can appoint Stuart's nominee as PTL.
