DPDK vRouter

  • Kiran KN provided an update on the status of the vRouter upgrade for future releases.

Jira Migration Update

  • Jared Linley and Stephen Moore talked about complications that arose during the Jira migration and need additional time to resolve the issue.
  • Prabhjot Singh Sethi talked about the current process for approving Blueprints.
    • PSS asked that all future blueprints are submitted to the community Jira at jira.tungsten.io
  • Sukhdev Kapur In the past we copy and pasted a number of the tickets from Juniper to TF.  We may plan to do something similar and then focus 

Release Planning

  • Marek Chwal talked about the current progress of the release plan found here: [Template] Release Scope Overview
    • Marek also noted the current list of Projects.  PTLs still need to update project descriptions.
    • A draft template for Project information has been created here: Proposing a new Project
    • We need to review our current tickets in Jira
  • In general, there seems to be a terminology mismatch from some of the teams.  Community members have taken the action item to review the currently documented process by Marek Chwaland will work with the TSC to provide feedback.
    • The confusion currently is around the term "Project" vs "Component".
