Agenda

  • Start the Recording
  • We will start by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

Minutes

Vexxhost billing

  • Currently, our costs for the Vexxhost compute pass-through have balloned to over 10K a month.  We urgently need to look at the running jobs and evaluate if they can be truncated.

Info.yaml files

  • Committers list for the repos still has not been merged.  This is a blocker for SSO and EasyCLA.  Casey Cain and Vanessa Valderrama urge PTLs to merge the previously approved info.yaml files as soon as possible.

Mentorship Program

  • Casey noted that no mentorship projects were submitted for TF.  If we wish to have a Mentorship project, we need to have it submitted, reviewed, and approved by the TSC this Thursday .

    • Please cast your ballots via CIVS.
    • You can find your ballot in your email.  If you can't find your ballot and you believe you should have one, please let Casey Cainknow.
  • Casey informed the community that in approximately 2 months in June we will need to do a Project Health Review with the TAC.
    • We should make a concentrated effort to ensure that we have resolved outstanding community issues beforehand such as:
