Addressing Licensing concerns
- License update has recently happened
- Prabhjot Singh Sethi Talked about references to Juniper and contrail in the codebase.
- Sukhdev Kapur asked for a proposed procedure to update the repos so that we can distribute it to the development community.

Action Planning
- Code commit messages are not explained in the code
- SK: asked that community members give a -1 on code commits that do not have the proper information about the commit. We should do this to help change the culture.
- PSS: We also need to be committing to the tungsten Jira instead of the Juniper Jira.
- Developer Onboarding, Getting Started and documentation in general needs additional resources assigned. Please help if you have the bandwidth.

Release
Prabhjot Singh Sethi working on resolving some workarounds for the 2005 release to publish a new release. We should have something available by the next TSC meeting.

- Sukhdev Kapur Jared Linleyto look at long term plan for ensuring that they leverage the community ticketing system (Jira) instead of the Juniper Jira
- Casey Cain to follow-up with Sukhdev Kapur on the use of the TF Jira
