Priorities
- Make things work (make sure that documentation is properly built from the repo, make sure we can merge PRs)

- Review and correct TF Governance section
- Existing governance documentation wrong
- Create a new structure for the documentation
- Merge all existing documentation into one repo
- There could be a case to keep project documentation
- Remove duplicated information from the website, GitHub, and tf-transitional-docs
