TSC Priorities

• Casey Cain talked about the TSC 2021 Priorities.
  • Recommended that we keep generally the same level of support for the community
  • Noted that there is a need to improve technical marketing with use cases and refresh the website.  Actions to resolve this are already happening.
  • Expressed the desire to add 2 interns for 2021

PTL Proposal Sanju Abraham

• Sanju talked about developing a module owners file
  • Generally, this is a good proposal, however, concerns were raised that the naming for the "owners" documentation does not refer or use currently accepted technical terms such as "Committer", "Contributor", and "Project Technical Lead (PTL)".
  • A discussion was had around the ownership and leaders of individual projects
    • Sanju is going to update the proposal and send it to the TSC mailing list for further discussion.
