- Stuart sends message to TSC mailing list, stepping down as PTL of the OVNO project and calling for nominations for a new PTL.
- In the same message, Stuart may also nominate a replacement (e.g., Alex).
- If there are multiple nominations, then we can setup an election. Otherwise, after a week, we can appoint Stuart's nominee as PTL.
- Vicky offered to contact Stuart to coordinate his message to the TSC mailing list. (done while on the call)
